WooCommerce Checkout Missing Email Field for Create Account

Checkout works when users don't create an account, but when they check the box, I think there's supposed to be an email address field that just doesn't show up (only password field shows up when the box is checked). Therefore, when they submit, they receive a message: "Please provide a valid email address."
