Woocommerce 3.0 support & gallery features

Is Kathmandu supporting the Woocommerce 3.0 gallery features? My lightbox is not working since I went to Woocommerce 3.0. I read this article here: https://createandcode.com/broken-photo-gallery-and-lightbox-after-woocommerce-3-0-upgrade/ Is this a fix you are planning? Thanks!
