wired background color of the blog after update

I've just update the theme to 1.4.3 and some of my blog color become dark and some are white, but the color seems to be randomly assign and the dark color is way to dark, how can I fix it? I've done some CSS customization so that might be the cause. Also, the css editor in the new version cannot display the first few letters of the code but I have no way to scroll left the reveal the letters.
