Will upgrading change current free configuration?

I've already built my site in the free version and just purchased the pro to customize the footer with a few sections. But I really want the pro site to look exactly like the free site with no other changes. When I look at the Live Preview of the pro, it looks completely different. Do I have to start editing my site from scratch if I activate the Pro?
