Widgets under featured image slider

Just purchased Mustang theme, looking for clarity to having it look similar to the preview with Widget Title 4 across directly under main slider as in http://catchthemes.com/preview/?theme=catch-mustang Please advise what I am needing to modify to have it view like that, what are those  4 Widget Title representing, thanks ilike.com.au
