Widgets in the Sidebar

Hi again, I can't get the widgets I want to appear in the sidebars. And quite honestly, Im confused about where all the sidebars and optional side bars are anyway. I recently asked a question regarding the homepage and I fixed it based on your advice. I want my recent posts or archives to appear on the right side bar of my one and only posts page "WBP" News. www.wealthbuildingproperties.com On another note, I love the theme!
