Widget Problem on Catch Responsive Pro

Hi guys, One of the widgets that I've been trying to put on the side bar only appears when I'm logged in. The first 2 OK, but as soon as I put the 3rd one, problem. As soon I'm logged out, it disappeared. I've used "Text widget" and "Visual Editor". Please help. Thank you.
