Widget Areas

Hi, I am looking to use this theme to update a website I already work on. My client has requested that the contact form appears in the Slider/Header area like jmoonhomeimprovements.co.uk Is this possible? I can't see that this is a standard widget area, unless I am missing something. Thanks, Chris
