wide images on main 'chapter' pages

Hi I need to find a widget or a way to give me a different wide image (1140x200) under the main menu on each of these chapters. the chapters are six of the titles in the main menu (Admissions, A level, GCSE etc.). Ideally they would be editable by client, even better if they could be sliders, though that isn't essential. Is this something Catch Themes could build as a plug-in?
