WhiteSPace above Youtube videos

I am fighting with a lot of whitespace above any youtube videos. After some google searches, they lead back to being a problem with the theme. Is this something that can be fixed or what am I doing wrong? And example of what I mean is at: https://blog.j2sw.com/news/elitism-in-the-i-t-field/
