Where are the Hero Content Options?

When I follow these instructions: https://catchthemes.com/frequently-asked-questions/#question-customization-24 I don't see any of the 4 Hero Content types. I only see Site Layout and Menu Style options. Am I looking in the wrong spot perhaps?
