When TinyNav turns on then Secondary Menu turns off?

Background I am using your theme for a client site and have created a child theme.   The responsive design for screen widths above 640px has a secondary menu at top of header and a third menu that sits just below the main menu.  Here is a link to my responsive test pages for the design so you can see the layout. 800px width:  http://cakeitupcakestands.com/site/responsive/800.php Problem But once the device size is 640px width or below then the top secondary menu and the second main menu disappear.  I want these menus to stay visible. 640px width:  http://cakeitupcakestands.com/site/responsive/640.php I assume this is done on purpose with some javascript but I can not find where to disengage this function. Your help is greatly appreciated! Trishah
