When I change to a new server

When I change old server(mgr.simply-winspace.com.pt) to my new server (www.granitosresende.pt) in TABLE "wp_options" on row "catchkathmandu_options" I lose all my customizations. How can I change the server without lose my customizations? My theme is catchkathmandu.
