When Adding a Page the Front page template does not appears in the template list

I am trying to create the Home Page with the Front Page template, however  the Front page template does not appears in the list as showed in the video from Demo. Also, if I go to Settings - Readings, it does not shows a home page displays it starts with blog pages show at most. How can I fix this? Thanks!
