Weird header text

I have some odd header text that I can't seem to remove. It says: "Orange-Pineapple-Carrot Smoothie Description of your recipe. " My blog is stepawayfromthecarbs.com I have deactivated all my plugins, flushed cache and it is still there. Any ideas on how to remove it gratefully considered!
