Weird font size issue

Hi, I'm having trouble with the fonts on my site; occasionally, but not always, they appear far bigger than they should (2-3 times larger). After I refresh the page, they go back to normal size. Any idea what's going on or how can I fix it?! Site URL is ncmh.info
