Website updates not updating

Hello I am making updates on my wordpress website and when I click publish I can see the updates on my laptop. However, when I go on my phone, the updates aren't there. For example, I added a new page in the menu and I could see it on my laptop but when I go on my phone or another device it's not there. my website is www.musicfootballfatherhood.com Can you help please?
