Website on mobile device issues

Hi, I have an issue with the website on a mobile device. If you visit www.worldcupbrazil.net and go to a page other than the homepage, it doesn't look good. On the right half of the screen you only see the background and on the left side the content. How can this be fixed? Another question would be about the menu which becomes 1 pulldown menu on a mobile device. Is it possible to only see the main menu options in this pulldown menu and not the main + submenus? So only when you click on 1 of the main menu options, you see the list with submenus. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
