Website non-responsive on mobile

Hi, I purchased a pro version of the catch shop pro today and noticed that the website is not responsive on mobile devices. When I test with pagespeed, the result greatly vary on two devices. Is there any way I can make it more fast and responsive?   Regards, Prakash Luitel
