Visual HTML,Visual Text

Hi,I have installed a wordpress 3.5 on my cpanel and then I can't get the Visual HTML on my posts,pages only Visual Text.This stops me from putting video,docs codes on my blog. Anyone can help me,pls. Thanks. Michael
