Video not playing on Mobile

Good Afternoon, I have a video in the header at https://nudgedapp.com/. It works on desktops and large screens. However, it is not working on mobile. I reviewed the forums and purchased Header Enhancement Pro. But I'm still having the issue. Moreover, it is not loading the Header Image I uploaded in case something failed.
