Video not playing on mobile – Intuitive Pro

Dear All, i have purchased Intuitive Pro - i have a video uploaded in the Header. On Desktop it is working fine, however on mobile and tablet it is not working. i need a solution for this ASAP. Thank you. Regards, Selveena
