Vertical tag cloud

Howdy all, wondering how to create a vertical list of tags, besides them butted up against each other. example: http://www.liveitandshareit.com/ I'd like to have one tag (in this case, a city/country) per line, single spaced. I've researched this piece of code, but don't know where to stick it.. <code><?php wp_tag_cloud('format=list&orderby=count'); ?></code>
