Various on slider paragraph spacing and header

Hi I have just bought the Everest Pro. Thanks! Can I have the slider on 2 pages only not all? 2 posts made http://www.grayscottage.co.uk/blog/trekking-blog/ I want my first post to be on top followed by the second etc. See Test is showing first. Paragraph spacing is too large how do I change? Can I set up an email notifier for people to register to see new posts? can we post via email including uploading iamges? Sorry lots of questions?
