Using TikTok logo now that Font Awesome has it?

Hello! Font Awesome has now made a TikTok logo: https://fontawesome.com/icons/tiktok How do I get it to show on my site with my social icons, instead of a generic chain link? My socials are at the bottom of the page: aprilmackwrites.com Thank you!
