Using Photo Journal Pro- how to make Copyright text different from site title

I'm using the Photo Journal Pro theme, and I really need to make the website Copyright information in the footer different from the site title, but it seems like they are inextricably linked, which is really truly not helpful.   Why would you do that? I can see it as a generally useful thing, but there are also many situations where the names an information need to be different! Where in the code do I change that, as it's clearly not an option from the theme editing interface? Please help! Thanks, Michelle (the site I'm using it for is milaprosek.com.....)
