Using "Essential Content Types" plugin – don't know how to customize

Hi, I've installed the Essential Content Types plugin. On my website noahfeingold.com the "Portfolio" and "Services" are above the actual information on my homepage ("About Me"). I'd like them to be below the homepage content. And I don't even want to have "Services". For some reason I can't figure out how to move them or get rid of them. I untoggled Services in the Essential Content Types settings but it's still showing up on my site's homepage. I'm speaking as someone with VERY limited HTML and CSS skills, and not much else. Any help is appreciated!
