Using different image for Featured image and post preview

How can I use a featured image for the post preview (on the blog pages, archives, etc), but then use the default Header Featured Image on the actual post itself? For example, I am doing a testimonial post where I have a picture of the person giving the testimonial. On my blog page, I want to use this picture as the post preview image (I can do this by setting the image as the Featured Image in the post). However, on that post specifically, I do not want to use that image as the featured image at the top of the page. Is there an option to revert it to use the default featured image?
