Using Definition Lists

I am using Definition Lists to create a simple photo file with images and descriptions. I am also trying to use two containers to create a two-column layout in Simple Catch Pro. I am using an adapted version of the approach suggested by Dan Cederholm which worked for me before in Rapidweaver but not in Simple Catch Pro. I want to use the <dd> as a description which fits alongside the image. See the first definition list in my example on my website: http://edmundrice.net/chapter2014/?page_id=856 Is this an approach that will work in Simple Catch Pro? Or should I abandon it?
