Use sidebar for a variety of testimonials?

Hello, I am using Catch Responsive Pro. I wish for only some pages (about 8) to have a testimonial quote (each one different) showing under a small image on the right side of page. Some pages will not have these. Do I use an Optional Sidebar widget for this purpose? There are only 3 of those. I have tried to set this up using HTML and CSS only, but it falls apart in smaller viewports. Is there a way to make more Optional Sidebar widgets? Thank-you
