Use Dashicons in Catch Responsive Pro

I've read that dashicons are installed in the WordPress files, but I can't find a simple explanation of how to be able to use them when I'm in a post or page edit on Catch Responsive Pro. I want to use the phone icon as a link to a phone number. How do I do that?
