“URL is available to Google, but has issues”

Hello. I am getting errors trying to get google to recognize my site and read my sitemap (site is humaninterests.org). Yoast said clear cache, so I added "WP Fastest Cache" but I think this is at the site level. Does Clean Journal Pro have cache that needs to be cleared, and if so, how am I to do that? Since it cannot read/fetch the sitemap, I requested google to index the site. Google said it's available for indexing, but has issues that limit search results. Google said the site is limited because the Page is not mobile friendly. It only looked at my home page, citing the top header. It said CLICKABLE ELEMENTS TOO CLOSE TOGETHER and CONTENT WIDER THAN SCREEN. Please help. I cannot code. It seems to look fine on my phone but I cannot ignore it because google is not accepting. Jim
