URGENT: Recover theme customise settings and data

Hi, I purchased renewal of this theme today and went to do update. Things didn't go well and I restored my backup. After restoring, all my theme customisation is gone?! How do I recover this? Please don't tell me backups do not "backup" your theme settings... The customising theme is pretty much my whole website contents. Kind regards, Hoi
