Upgrading to Pro

Hi. I have just presented site design to my client and they loved the theme. So next step, is to upgrade to Pro version so that I can customize the footer and add some more interesting details. When I activate the Pro Version, the default settings are all in place. Is there a way to quickly save all of my settings and customization of the header images, or do I have to start from square one? Thanks for your quick response, Brenda
