Upgrading from Simple Catch Free 1.4.9.1 to Simple Catch Pro 3.2.1

Hi Everyone, We are trying to upgrade from Simple Catch Free 1.4.9.1 to Simple Catch Pro 3.2.1. However when we preview the site it looks very different and a lot of content including colors etc are lost. Is there something we are doing wrong? Is there a documented process for this?
