Upgrading from public-free version

Hi I bought the upgrade and tried activating it. I saw that my background image and menu setups were not there after activation of the new theme.  So I changed my active theme back to the public-free version. Is there a documented list of things I will need to remember to do, once I re-activate the Catch Box Pro theme?  I was hoping it would change all the work Ive already done. But If I do need to reset a number of things,  perhaps you have a document or guide, to help go from public to pro? Thanks!!
