Upgraded to Pro, menus now messed up

I just upgraded to Catch Responsive Pro and now *all* menu items (sub-menu items too) appear in the top-level main menu in a single block. Some items are repeated, some are not. Switching back to the non-pro version fixes the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, Alex
