Upgraded to Pro – menu gone !

Well I bit the bullet and upgraded to the Pro version, even though I couldn't really afford it.,... My problem is that my navigation menu/s - which work fine in the free theme, disappear when the pro them is activated! All there is is the tags in the top but not the nice drop own menu..... Ideas? (Sorry I cant post a link as my site isn't live yet)
