Upgraded Theme

How do I revert back to the version I was using. I updated my theme and I've lost all of my changes, design wise. I did save the CSS within the settings, can I just apply those, will that work? Is there a better solution? Please Help The site is prophixuserconference.com Thanks, Anusha
