Upgrade from Free Version Disrupted Formatting/Configurations

Hello, I upgraded to the Pro version of this theme from the free version and my Home Page formatting/configurations didn't migrate over.  Is this normal?  Do I have to re-do them?  Please advise. Thx, Ken
