Upgadeing Damage?

I'm building a site using Catch Box [free version] and it is about 80% complete. 1) If I upgrade to Catch Box Pro, will there be much damage to the existing content, plugins and widgets? 2) I like the front-end logo feature of Simple Catch, is it possible to get that in Catch Box? Thanks...
