Updating to 1.4

When I try to update Clean Enterprise Pro to 1.4 the action fails. The message is Update failed: Download failed. Authorized. I am in WordPress, dashboard, appearances, themes This displays at the top of the page/screen: Clean Enterprise Pro 1.4 is available. Check out what's new or update now. What am I doing wrong?
