updating theme

I have a huge problem. I just recently purchased Catch Box Pro. I did not add CSS (because I don't code), but I did add a background image, custom colors, modified the fonts, widgets, etc. Now I get these notifications on my WP-admin dashboard: The following themes have new versions available. Check the ones you want to update and then click “Update Themes”. Please Note: Any customizations you have made to theme files will be lost. Please consider using child themes for modifications. I have no idea how to create a child theme. And since I have a Professional account managed by WP Automottic, I don't think I actually have access to my files anyway.
