Updating only the site description ONLY font color

I am creating, http://uncledavescow.com/ and I added a background that would look best if the site description, and footer text ONLY were changed to white. I don't want to change font site wide to white, just those two places. I searched in the Editor but couldn't find the details in the CSS where those font colors were listed. Can someone help me with the code needed to do this? Thanks
