Updating from Rock Star pro 2.3.1 to 2.4.1 not working

I followed the direction on the site to update via Wordpress Admin console and here is what I get... Installing Theme from uploaded file: rock-star-pro.2.4.1.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… Destination folder already exists. /home/y3k35a8mn7xa/public_html/dev/wp-content/themes/rock-star-pro/ Theme installation failed.
