Updated to 3.6 and Site Crashed and Plugins Causing Errors

Nothing is the same as before. I updated and the backend access to wordpress stopped working. I changed the theme and was allowed back in and immediatley changed the theme back to Catch Base Pro 3.6. The same problem all over again. I repeated the process but this time changed the theme back to Catch Base Pro 3.5. Everything works fine except now every single one of the customizations I did to the site are lost. I am in the process of a restore right now to salvage what I can. Catch base 3.6 seems to have caused a bunch of problems for my site. I have the error log both before and after the install. Can you please take a look at it or advise on why/how this occured?
