Updated Catch Responsive Pro Theme – Featured Content

Hello- I used to use the Catch Responsive Pro 1.0 theme for quite a while and switched to a new theme last year. I really don't care for the new theme and decided to switch back to Catch Responsive Pro. However, I had to update it to the new version 4.5.2. On the prior version, for the "Featured Content" I was able to check a box to have it be towards the footer. This version there is no option for it to be towards the footer. I don't need it to be the first thing people see on my website though. Does anyone know how I can move this towards the footer again? Thanks much!
