update woocommerce

Hi. i have to update woocommerce. it tells me that 2 plugins that I have installed have not been tested with the new version, they are: woocommerce paypal checkout gateway and woocommerce checkout manager. What do you recommend to avoid damage apart from backup? www.woodlikedesign.com
