update to Pro version

This is my second question, but I never saw a response to my first issue, so hopefully this one reaches someone. If I upgrade to the Pro version of Kathmandu, will I have to redo the custom CSS, or will that carry over to the Pro version? Are the color changes available in the Pro version for every single item that has color? In other words, will I be able to change everything that is gray/blue to a different color? Thanks so much.
