Update Removed Line Breaks

So far, I'm loving this update (2.0), however, the line breaks on my posts have all disappeared. Will there be an update to fix this bug soon? My site has a lot of line breaks, as it contains recipes, and lumping all the paragraphs together makes it extremely hard to read. Thanks so much!
